The service was incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing support for all requests and even a space for showering after checkout. The location is convenient for exploring the Village by foot or bike, although some areas could use sprucing up. The dining experience was satisfactory, and onsite facilities were available for convenience.

The location is fantastic, right in Whistler Village, where everything you need is within walking distance, but the pilot light issue in the fireplace can make the room overly warm. My stay at the hotel was overall satisfying. My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms, although not that large, were a big improvement over a normal hotel room with an efficient use of space. Having a fridge, microwave, stove, and even a dishwasher made it so convenient to have breakfast or a snack in the room, leaving more time for outdoor fun. The views of the mountains from the balcony and the double hot tub beside the massive Queen size bed were amazing. The overall cleanliness was impressive.
